The trader can use this platform from anywhere in order to make trades that are executed at the same price and trade size as the customer’s order on their desktop.

The app also offers a WatchList where traders can view their watch list and add new positions. The mobile trading platform is available for both Android phones as well as iPhones, making it possible to trade on the go anytime and anywhere with E*TRADE’s free downloadable application.

What we particularly liked about E*TRADE compared to competitors is the availability of advanced trading tools. For example, short selling is not a common feature among discount brokers and this platform provides its users with the opportunity to trade using non-traditional strategies like that through their mobile app as well as on desktop platforms such as Active Trader Pro.

The E*TRADE app provides a good overall experience for its customers. The site is well organized and includes access to the company’s tools as well as educational resources, such as videos on how to trade stocks or options through their mobile devices. The site also offers a variety of educational resources for new investors and traders, such as videos on how to invest in the market.

Overall, the E*TRADE app is a great choice for traders who like to trade on their phone, but also want access to advanced trading strategies and order types beyond what’s offered by other discount brokers such as TD Ameritrade.
